family business and government

We accompany business families in the decisions that define growth, succession and legacy.

We work alongside owners, business families and management teams to professionalize governance, plan succession, strengthen management and project business continuity.

the difference

Government is not inherited. It is built by talking.

three movements · no methodology

This is how we work every mandate.

01

Read the organization and the family.

Three to five meetings with owners, front line and—when applicable—family. Before proposing structure.

02

Design the government that this company needs.

Not the board that multinationals have. The one who solves this company, this moment, this family.

03

Accompany when the conversation crosses the familiar.

Protocol. Succession. Roles of the next generation. Without entering the emotional terrain. Without denying that it exists. Horizon of years, not of project.

case

Agroindustrial holding, three units, transition to second generation.

The founder was still signing everything at 74 years old. Two children inside the business, one outside, and no formal conversation about what was coming. The trigger was a purchase offer for one of the units.

A board of directors was built with two external advisors, roles were defined for the second generation and a protocol was agreed that ordered the property without breaking the family table. The offer was rejected with reason. The holding company remains family-owned, now with a government.

Let's talk about government, succession and continuity.
